Solutions Squared have launched a new chat feature on the Askability website for the Children‘s Society www.askability.org.uk website.Working with Widgit and the Children’s Society the new chat feature allows children to choose from a range of symbols and post comments on what other users of the site are positing.

Google has launched an update to the way it indexes websites in the USA codename Panda. There is some indication that it has rolled this out to the UK, with many web sites reporting significant drops in traffic. The update is designed to give web users more content relevant sites when doing a search and penalises those sites with old, repetitive or irrelevant content.
