We offer either Pay as You Go support or a series of flexible packages which can be selected to build complete maintenance cover for your IT systems.
For customers who have some inhouse knowledge or who do not require a dedicated response time, our Pay as You Go option gives a local number for telephone support. Customers outside a 30 mile radius of our Kenilworth office are charged a call out fee and a per hour onsite rate depending on the problem being resolved.
Your Advantage Your Way includes access to freephone support. It allows us to be your inhouse IT department, with calls being directed to our helpdesk at Kenilworth and remote monitoring of servers or for us to work alongside your existing staff in providing expertise or additional resources for specific projects.
With experience of Windows, Mac, Linux systems and mobile technologies including Blackberry, iphone and Android you can be sure that your IT systems will be covered.
Our pricing is based on the number of computers and mobile devices that are to be protected and can include bundled online services, such as email and backup.
If you are a web customer we can include your IT maintenance cost into your monthly Freedom fee at a discounted rate.
Home users can bring their computer to our office at Kenilworth and take advantage of our PC Surgery service for £54 inclusive of VAT. This service ranges from a check up for your machine to ensure it is running at top speed or to diagnosing and remedying a specific issue you may be experiencing. Recent examples include redistributing space between 2 hard drives; removing spyware that stopped a machine from being used as well as getting a machine that no longer booted working again.
Our standard hourly for business customers is currently £79 plus vat.
