We offer either Pay as You Go support or a series of flexible packages which can be selected to build complete maintenance cover for your IT systems.

For customers who have some inhouse knowledge or who do not require a dedicated response time, our Pay as You Go option gives a 0906 number for telephone support. Customers outside a 30 mile radius of our Kenilworth office are charged a call out fee and a per hour onsite rate depending on the problem being resolved.

Your Advantage Your Way gives a number of options ranging from 0870 contact numbers to freephone support. It allows us to be your inhouse IT department, with calls being directed to our helpdesk at Kenilworth and remote monitoring of servers or for us to work alongside your existing staff in providing expertise or additional resources for specific projects.

With experience of Windows, Mac and Linux systems you can be sure that your IT systems can be covered.
